MLS football club Sporting Kansas City have sent out young striker Tyler Freeman on loan to Karlsrushe SC for the new German Bundesliga campaign. The MLS football club confirmed the transfer earlier on Tuesday.
Freeman received his football education as a young footballer at MLS football club Sporting Kansas City before he signed a professional contract at 15 thus becoming the second youngest player to achieve the feat in the history of Sporting Kansas City. He has six goals and one assist in 35 appearances for reserve team Sporting Kansas City II in the USL Championship.
The young striker joined the Sporting Kansas City academy seven years ago at the age of 11. Sporting Kansas City is his hometown club. He represented the team from the u-12 to the u-19 levels before being elevated to the professional ranks.
Freeman is an highly rated Sporting Kansas City striker who has represented the United States of America at various youth levels. He has featured for the American team at the u-14, u-16 and u-17 levels. The young Sporting Kansas City striker was an important member of the United States u-17 team to the 2019 edition of the Concacaf u-17 Championship alongside GianlucaBusio. Freeman and Busio are teammates at MLS football team Sporting Kansas City. The two players helped their country to second place at the Concacaf u-17 Championship two years ago.
Young American striker Freeman will join Karlsruche SC on loan for the new campaign. Karlsruchefinished in sixth position at the end of proceedings in the German Bundesliga II last season under the guidance of manager Christian Eichner. Karlsruche have began the new league season very well after successive wins over Hansa Rostock and SV Darmstadt 98.
